Installing 3CX w/ Telin (30 Minutes)
Notes: Creating customer account & submitting a server request, purchasing a key, 3CX setup wizard
Brief Tour of 3CX Interface (15 minutes)
Notes: Navigating the 3CX interface – the difference between the user side and admin side, a brief introduction to the 3CX interface (ex. SIP trunks, departments, outbound rules, etc.)
Creating a SIP trunk (30 Minutes)
Notes: What is a SIP trunk and why do you need it, creating a SIP trunk on the One Console, how to configure it, a tour of 3CX SIP trunk interface
Setting up your Team (Users & Departments) (45 Minutes)
Notes: Adding users, overview on user settings, what are departments, adding users to departments, setting up office hours & holidays, call recording management
IVRs & Queues & Ring-Groups (30 minutes)
Notes: IVR creation & overview on IVRs, queue creation and overview of queues, Ring Group Creation and overview of rings groups, differences between queue and ring group
3CX Apps (45 minutes)
Notes: Welcome email, 3CX mobile app configuration, and overview, 3CX Windows apps configurations and overview (PWA and Windows + differences), 3CX web client and overview. SSO & 2FA setup
Phone number management (15 minutes)
Notes: Purchasing a phone number on your One Console, adding a phone number to 3CX and assigning that phone number, configuring CID
Outbound Rules (30 minutes)
Notes: Outbound rules overview, creating outbound rules(10, 11, 12, 7, international), E911 overview, assigning an address to the phone number on One Console, creating E911 rules
Fanvil Phone Configuration + Test Calls (30 minutes)
Notes: SBC vs Local provisioning (VPN). Provisioning a Fanvil manually, option 66
Bridges configuration (Setting Up a Master bridge in the lab for each attendee)
Notes: Bridges overview, creating a bridge, creating a bridge outbound rule
Messaging (Custom Template w/ SMS shared to the group) (30 minutes)
Backup Configuration + Failover (30 minutes)
Notes: Creating an ad-hoc backup, creating a scheduled backup, and setting up failover (Active and passive will be configured on the user server for demo purposes)

One. Demarc Setup (30 minutes)
Notes: Basic configuration, link aggregation (mobile data), firmware upgrades
